Accessibility Statement

Redrock Systems Pty Ltd is committed to ensuring that the Redrock PM platform is accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.

Our Accessibility Commitment

We are working to ensure the Platform meets the following standards:

  • Perceivable: Content is presented in ways that users can perceive, including text alternatives for images and sufficient colour contrast
  • Operable: All interactive elements are keyboard-accessible and navigation is consistent and predictable
  • Understandable: Content is readable and the Platform behaves in predictable ways, with clear error messages and form labels
  • Robust: Content is compatible with current and future assistive technologies, including screen readers

Current Measures

We have implemented the following accessibility features:

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy
  • ARIA labels and roles for interactive components
  • Keyboard navigation support throughout the Platform
  • Focus indicators on interactive elements
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for normal text)
  • Responsive design that supports browser zoom up to 200%
  • Form inputs with associated labels and descriptive error messages

Known Limitations

We are aware that some areas of the Platform may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We are actively working to identify and resolve these issues. Known areas under review include:

  • Complex data tables may require additional screen reader context
  • Some PDF-generated documents may have limited accessibility features
  • Third-party embedded components (e.g. payment forms) are subject to their provider's accessibility standards

Compliance

This statement is aligned with the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our target conformance level is WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
